All accommodations are non-smoking. If any accommodation is found to have been smoked in, an additional $250.00 per unit, per day will be charged to your credit card.

Pets are not allowed. Service Animals are allowed in our handicap accessible suite, Lower River.

Daily housekeeping is not available. We will be more than happy to resupply your bath towels, shower amenities, and coffee station needs, as well as trash removal, upon your request. This service is not provided automatically.

Since we are not a traditional hotel, we do not have a lobby or customer service desk open 24/7. Therefore, unless the restaurant is open, all reservations will follow our contactless check in procedures which will be provided before your arrival.

Noisy, disruptive, or destructive guests will be asked to leave without refund if, in our opinion, guests have repeatedly ignored our requests for quiet behavior, disturbed other guests, or have caused damage to property belonging to Hawk's Nest. Authorities will be notified and guests will be held accountable.
