The Hawk's Nest Restaurant and Pub is known for our New Haven style pizzas, scenic views and friendly staff. Our amazing log carvings and open log architecture offer dining in a unbelievable setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Hawk's Nest is the perfect place for your holiday parties, corporate retreats, wedding or family gathering. We are opening for the 2010 season with our new chef who has extensive experience in large group catering and specialty menus. Guests with special dietary needs and food allergies can request custom menu options. We also provide catering for special events and room service with advance notice.

Our dough is made from scratch using unbleached King Arthur flower. All sauces are homemade and simmered slowly with plenty of fresh garlic, vegetables and spices.
